MYCOLOGY DAYS I 2025

Free activity for the whole family to participate in outings to the fields around Guadarrama with the goal of finding, identifying and collecting edible mushrooms. The participants will be introduced to mycology, and will enjoy the guided routes to learn about mushroom foraging, and afterwars will participate in workshops for identifying and cooking them. The cooking workshop will be led by  Jose María López Valdegrama. Upon completing all workshops, the participants will recieve a conmemorative diploma.
